I was really excited for this one. But now these cozy fantasy books have me scared that I am going to hate all of them. (you can insert crying here). This one sadly was more telling vs. showing and truth be told I didn't like the writing and I was just so very bored with this one. Sad to say I also have book two. Which I will take a look at but I am not holding out hope.

This was beyond boring. It takes a girl who is recovering from a sucide attempt and tries to toss her into a romance that she's just not really ready for. I wish that this book would have focused more bout Ocean trying to find herself vs. someone or something to fill the hole in her.

I am a hard core fan of Celtic mythology however this one just didn't work out for me at all. I felt confused a lot of the time on what was going on and the world building just wasn't up to par. I wanted to love this one with all the Celtic amazing things but it just didn't work out.
