Review: Assistant to the Villain

Oh my. I was so excited for this one and when I finally got my hands on it I devoured the first half of it. However, unfortunately as I got towards the end of the book I found myself wanting to put it down and do other things. It just lost that excitement that it started with. I have to say that I wished that this would have been a little shorter and just would have been faster paced with I don't know just more. It could have been darker and sexier since it is adult fantasy. Sadly, I don't think I would continue this series.
